Conditions of Entry
2005 Broken Fence Society Annual Juried Environmental Art Show
  • Open to all artists, except executive members of the Broken Fence Society.
  • A slide or photo (only) of the piece must accompany the entry form.
  • Artists may submit up to two pieces.
  • Images must be labeled with first and last name of artist, title of piece, dimension and media. If two pieces submitted, indicate which is #1 and #2.
  • All work must be original and not previously shown at our Annual Juried Art Show.
  • Shipping of works to and from the exhibition is the responsiblity of the artist.
  • $45 entry fee per piece must accompany entry form.
  • The jurors reserve the right to disqualify artwork misrepresented by the slides or photos in the jurying process.
  • Fees returned if neither piece is accepted.
  • Notice of acceptance will be made by mail, and will confirm the delivery and pickup dates, as listed below.
  • Slides and/or photos will be returned to artists.
  • Entry forms, along with the specified items, must be received by The Broken Fence Society no later than April 1, 2005.
  • Accepted artwork must be delivered to The Broken Fence Gallery on April 9, 2005, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
  • Artwork is to be picked up from The Broken Fence Gallery on May 1, 2005, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
